(“we,” “us,” “our”). By subscribing to or using the Funneling platform and services (“Service”), you (“you,” “Customer,” or “user”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please review carefully before using our platform.

Subscription and Billing

Funneling offers subscription plans billed on a recurring basis:

Monthly Plan: $97.00 USD plus applicable taxes, charged immediately upon signup and automatically renewed monthly until canceled.

Annual Plan: $970.00 USD plus applicable taxes, charged immediately and renewed yearly until canceled.

Your subscription will remain active unless you cancel it from billing section in your account.

Additional Services and Usage Charges

While there are no platform fees and 100% of revenue generated through Funneling belongs to you, some optional services incur usage-based fees, including AI tools, SMS, and Email services. These features are offered at competitive rates well below typical industry pricing and are only billed upon actual use.

Membership Benefits and Monthly Credits

Your membership includes unlimited users and contacts, plus a complimentary $5 monthly credit. This credit can be applied toward AI, SMS, and Email services to help offset your costs.

Phone System Pricing

Create and manage your business phone system through Funneling with features like automated calls, voicemails, and SMS:

Outbound Calls: $0.0147 per minuteInbound Calls: $0.0089 per minuteSMS Text Messages: $0.0083 per segment

The included $5 monthly credit covers approximately 340 outbound calls, 550 inbound calls, or 600 SMS segments each month at no additional cost.

Optional Email System Pricing

Send emails with Funneling’s built-in system, designed to reduce your costs compared to major SMTP providers:

Email Sending: $0.675 per 1,000 emails sent

Your $5 monthly credit allows sending up to 7,142.5 emails without extra charges.

Email Validation Pricing

Maintain high-quality email lists with verification services to reduce bounce rates and improve deliverability:

Email Validations: $2.50 per 1,000 verifications

Your complimentary $5 credit covers approximately 1,922 email validations monthly.

AI Services Pricing

Utilize AI-powered tools for enhanced automation, chatbots, reviews, and content creation:

Conversation AI: $0.02 per message

Review AI: $0.08 per response

Workflow AI: 

• GPT-4 and 4o executions: $0.036 each 

• GPT-3.5 & 4o Mini executions: $0.018 each

Content AI (for web pages, emails, etc.): 

• $0.0945 per 1,000 words 

• $0.063 per image

You receive a $5 monthly AI credit providing approximately 135 GPT-4 executions, 52,910 words, or 80 images at no cost.

Domain Purchase and Connection

Purchase a new domain directly through Funneling for $17 per domain or connect any domain you own without restrictions, offering you full flexibility to brand your business.

Auto-Complete Address Feature

Streamline form filling with Google’s Address API:

Search Requests: $0.002972 per request Address Completions: $0.00525 per API call

Enable this feature in your form builder by dragging the 'Address' element and toggling on Auto-Complete.

Funnel AI (Beta)

Accelerate funnel creation with Funnel AI:

The first 5 funnels you generate are free. Afterward, each additional funnel costs $0.99.

This feature appears as an option when building new funnels once activated.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancellation immediately ends your membership and access to the platform.

To cancel your subscription:

Navigate to Settings >

Company Billing.

Select Cancel Subscription.
Contact [email protected] for assistance if needed.

We do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods after cancellation.

Refunds and Disputes

We provide a 7-day refund window from the initial purchase or renewal date if you are unsatisfied with our services. Refund requests must be made within this timeframe by contacting [email protected] with your account and purchase details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please monitor your billing statements regularly and ensure emails from Funneling are not directed to your spam folder. Refund requests beyond 7 days of a charge will not be honored, helping us maintain fairness and prevent abuse.

Recurring Payment Authorization

By completing your purchase, you authorize Funneling to initiate automatic recurring payments through your card issuer as per these Terms.

Sub-Account Transfer Policy

We permit incoming transfers from other agencies into Funneling accounts but do not allow transfers out to external agencies. This policy safeguards the integrity of the systems, templates, and resources developed for our community.

Data Privacy and Security

Your data remains yours. We apply industry-standard security measures to protect your information. For details, please review our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for data loss due to user errors or external causes beyond our control.

Service Availability and Limitations

While we aim for reliable service, occasional maintenance or downtime may occur. Funneling does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific outcomes from using the platform and disclaims liability for any business losses or damages resulting from service interruptions.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, technology, and intellectual property associated with Funneling remain the exclusive property of Funneling or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without explicit permission.
